Go to your Members’ Area, under “Contact us” -> “Submit an inquiry”, then select the following reason: “03. Your healthcare claims” -> “2. Incorrect, incomplete or denied reimbursement”.
After completing all the fields, you will be able to attach your additional documents to your claim.

In this case, you need to send us your original documents by following the steps below.

Complete your online claim without attaching any supporting documents. In the last step, a form showing a claim number (CFW + several figures) will be created. Print this form and send it by mail, together with all supporting documents. You can send your claim to the MSH claims department of your choice. The list of our claims departments can be found in your online area, under “Contact us” -> “Our contact details”.

Log in to your members’ area, under “Your reimbursements” / “Your reimbursement notices” and click on the envelope on the right of the corresponding notice. You will access an explanation message. refus remboursement commande

Please refer to the information notices of your plan (“Scope of coverage” section). Your coverage depends on the conditions of your plan.

You just need to send a document certifying that you are pregnant (blood test, medical certificate, etc.) and showing the estimated due date in order for us to launch the Maternity Program.

The medical department will contact you to provide you with personalized assistance and support throughout your pregnancy. You will also receive a maternity guide containing all the important information you need to know for your pregnancy.

If you wish so, you will also be able to request precertification for your delivery to take place in a center belonging to our network. Precertification will be issued according to the benefits of your plan.

My coverage

If you have the option of adding a dependent under your plan, go to your online area, under “Contact us” -> “Submit an inquiry”, select the following reason: “01. Your enrollment” and then “Request for update of your personal data”. Please make sure to provide the following documents:

- a birth certificate for children aged under 18
- a school attendance certificate for children aged over 18
- a marriage or cohabitation certificate to add your spouse

Please note that this option is available depending on the plan taken out by your employer.

The end dates of coverage of your children are administrative dates. For continued provision of benefits, please send us an up-to-date school attendance or university certificate. The age limit for coverage is indicated in your information notices, under “Your dependents”.

You can submit the school attendance certificate via your members’ area, under “Contact us” -> “Submit an inquiry”. Select the following reason: “01. Your enrollment” and then “Request for update of your personal data”.

If you are CFE members, your child must take out a plan on an individual basis from the CFE to continue to be covered after their 20th birthday. You will also need to send the up-to-date school attendance or university certificate.

In order for us to set up direct payment with your healthcare provider, please submit a precertification request via your members’ area. Go to “Your reimbursements” and then “Precertification and direct payment request”. Fill out the fields of the form and make sure to attach your quote to your request.

The MSH medical network brings together healthcare providers and its goal is to make access to healthcare, medical facilities and specialties easier. Using the network allows you to access quality services at the best price without having to make a cash advance.

The network includes 1.2 million providers who have been selected according to high-level standards in over 180 countries. It is present in many cities, not only in capitals (e.g.: in Africa, 34% of the network operates outside the capitals) and is constantly expanding.

The MSH medical network includes different types of healthcare providers such as:

The direct billing service allows you to receive medical services without having to make a cash advance. Within our network, our insured members always benefit from direct billing for hospitalization, whether scheduled or on an emergency basis.

In the event of scheduled hospitalization or certain costly outpatient* services, the direct billing service will be provided after obtaining a precertification letter. To do this, you need to contact MSH: after validation of the quote, they will get in touch with your healthcare provider.

Also, if you have a direct billing card, you will no longer need to make cash advance (in accordance with the benefits of your plan) for consultations, radiology, laboratory tests and pharmacy.

*Outpatient: procedure or treatment which does not require a night stay at the hospital e.g. consultations, radiology, laboratory, pharmacy, dental and vision.

Subject to eligibility, an outpatient* direct billing card can be issued.

The card can be used within the MSH network. It avoids having to make a cash advance for outpatient services and for the first 48 hours of an emergency hospitalization.

It is easy to identify as it shows the different coverage rates from which you benefit. The card can be downloaded in the Members’ Area, section “Your enrollment” and in the mobile App, section “My insurance card”. Example of a direct billing card with 100% coverage:

*Outpatient: procedure or treatment which does not require a night stay at the hospital e.g. consultations, radiology, laboratory, pharmacy, dental and vision.

There is also a contact card which is different from the direct billing card. This card does not show any benefit but helps you find quickly the contact details of your claims department.

Although we strive to provide you with the most comprehensive information, in some cases, you may not be able to find a listed medical provider in the city or medical specialty you are looking for.

If you need help finding a healthcare provider near your place of residence, feel free to contact your claims department. Our medical network teams will do their best to find healthcare providers meeting your needs.

To show the MSH healthcare provider that you are a member, you need to provide them with:

• Your MSH card (direct billing or contact card) and proof of identity with a picture
or
• Your MSH certificate of insurance and proof of identity with a picture

Go to your Members’ Area, under “Your enrollment”, then “Certificate of insurance”. Fill out the form online to print your certificate.

Go to your Members’ Area, under “Your enrollment”, then “Insurance ID card”. The last step will enable you to print your card for each member, depending on your personal circumstances.

At the bottom of the page, enter your current password and then your new password. Confirm and save your information by clicking on “Save changes”.

Eutelmed, our service for remote consultations with psychologists* and psychiatrists, is accessible online via a booking system in more than 50 languages from your Members’ Area, under “YOUR HEALTHCARE / Teleconsultations / Psychology, psychiatry and speech therapy”.

* Remote psychology consultations are covered under the same conditions as “face-to-face” consultations, according to the benefits of your plan.

Our medical teleconsultations service offered by MédecinDirect, of the Teladoc Health group, is accessible 24/7 in writing, by telephone or video in four languages from your Members’ Area, under “YOUR HEALTHCARE / Teleconsultations / Medical”. MédecinDirect is a subsidiary of the Teladoc group and provides specialist consultations in many fields: general medicine, dermatology, ENT, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, etc. Consult 24/7 in seven different languages.

Go to your MSH Member's Area, under “Your healthcare / Teleconsultations / Medical” and click on “Sign up”. Confirm the pre-filled information and choose your password.
